Texworld USA to Host Six Turkish Mills, Adding to the Diversity of the Global Event |
Six mills in Turkey have joined the list of exhibitors for this summer’s edition of Texworld USA, which will return to New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center July 14-16.
Texworld USA strives to offer diversity on the show floor through its wide range of original, creative fabrics. This show provides a unique opportunity for fabric manufacturers to connect with top buyers from across the globe, covering the entire fabric spectrum.
The six mills joining the show are:
Akerler Tekstil Ticaret San Ltd.
Founded in 1976, Akerler Tekstil manufactures fabrics for women’s apparel and scarves from its Cortu facility. Akerler uses the latest technology to paint and stamp fabrics for weaving and textiles.
Each year, Akerler Tekstil presents new scarf and fabric creations in fashion colors. All products are laboratory-tested and produced with customer satisfaction, the health and safety of employees and the health of the environment as guiding principles.
Cebiteks A.S.
Cebiteks has been shaping yarns, wool, designs and fabrics for three generations. Established almost a century ago, Cebiteks continues to be a leader today based on its creativity, strength and innovative spirit. Cebiteks is a customer-focused enterprise whose designers and creative team prepare a wide range of collections for each season.
Celiktas Tekstil Tic. Ve San. Ltd. STI
Founded in 1999, Celiktas Tekstil has evolved from a basic manufacturer into a globally competitive producer of fancy, fashionable fabrics, with a distribution that extends throughout Europe, Russia and the United States. With a wide range of fabrics, Celiktas Tekstil works with brand name companies including H&M, Next and River Island.
Mensa
Mensa is a fully integrated company with operations in Adana, Turkey. From spinning up to the finishing stage, Mensa produces a variety of products for outerwear end-uses, including polyester/viscose stretch fabrics, cotton stretch fabrics, linen and linen blends, corduroy fabrics from 2 to 21 wales, color-woven, fancies and dobbies, metallic fabrics and printed fabrics. Mensa serves the entire world through its agents in various countries. Mensa’s goal is customer satisfaction through product development and fast, excellent service.
Ozlem Fabric Ltd.
Ozlem Fabric Ltd., a rapidly growing company, is in the process of expanding their clientele throughout the European and American markets. They offer yarn dyed, piece dyed, and top dyed fabrics, each with their own finishing. Ozlem’s research and development design teams work together, giving their designers access to the latest trends and techniques.
Sunteks AS
With 850 employees located in Bursa, the heart of Turkey’s textile industry, Sunteks’ plant features 140 weaving machines, 3 rotary printing machines, 14 jet dyeing machines, and 2 pad bath dyeing machines with a daily production of 12,000 meters.
Sunteks is well known for its customer-oriented marketing, flexible approach and prompt deliveries. Sunteks’ twelve designers follow fashion trends in both printing and weaving to produce up-to-date collections serving major brands and department stores in the European and U.S. markets. Sunteks’ quality control department and fully equipped laboratory ensure the best quality fabrics for export.
