Texworld USA doubles in size
Support from Supima, Pakistan and co-located shows brings newness for the Fall/Winter 2011/2012 season

The ninth edition of Texworld USA will take place July 13 - 15, 2010 at the Javits Convention Center in New York City and will showcase more than 285 mills from 17 countries. Over 100 of these mills will be brand new resources for the North American market, never having previously exhibited with Texworld USA.
This marks the largest edition of Texworld USA to date.
Supima
Messe Frankfurt, Inc. and Supima have decided to join forces in New York City for the first time this July and fold the Supima Premium Fabric Show (PREFAB) into Texworld USA to create an even bigger and higher quality apparel fabric sourcing event for North America. Supima licensees from North and South America as well as Asia will be represented at Texworld USA including; Be Be Cotton Knitting, Buhler Quality Yarns Corp., Industrias Nettalco and Tricots Liesse / Uknity Group.
High brand recognition among end use consumers and vertically integrated resources are sure to make the Supima / PREFAB area a destination for discerning knit designers and product developers.
Pakistan
For the first time ever, Texworld USA will feature a pavilion supported by The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, whose mandate is to maximize exports for Pakistani mills. New Pakistani exhibitors at Texworld USA include; AHS Textiles, Parsons Holding and Rauf Apparel. Their strength in woven cottons, including bottomweights, denim and eco-friendly qualities is sure to be appreciated by both womenswear and menswear Texworld USA attendees.
Co-located Shows Feature Garment Factories & Home Fabrics
The International Apparel Sourcing Show and the Home Textiles Fabric Sourcing Expo will launch alongside Texworld USA at the Javits Center, July 13 – 15, 2010. Both of these new events are being produced in partnership with “CCPIT TEX” The Sub-Council of Textile Industry, China Council for the Promotion of international Trade, in an effort to create the most important sourcing destination for the marketplace.

Domestic Resources
In response to attendee demand, Messe Frankfurt, Inc. and Lenzing Fibers continue to make domestic resources a priority at Texworld USA. The domestic resources available include Buhler Quality Yarns, Fessler USA, Laguna Fabrics, Manoir, Mansfield, SG Knits, and Tuscarora Yarns. Legendary softness resulting from the incorporation of Lenzing fibers and close proximity of domestic resources ensure continued demand for these exhibitors at Texworld USA.
Mauritius
Enterprise Mauritius will host their third consecutive pavilion at Texworld USA in July, showcasing 7 Mauritian mills. The Enterprise Mauritius collaboration between industry and government aims to help businesses in Mauritius expand into regional and international markets, and also develop their internal capability to meet the challenges of international competition. Accessible quantities and an impressive customer list of European brands continue to generate interest from US buyers.
Lenzing Innovation
Lenzing Innovation continues to partner with Messe Frankfurt in growing Texworld USA. The Lenzing Innovation pavilion is an expansion of the successful fabrics trade fair, Innovation Asia (formerly TENCEL New York Inc.) and will once again showcase Lenzing customers and their products. Lenzing has also expanded to feature a Lenzing Innovation section in the Home Textiles Fabric Sourcing Expo to accommodate industry professionals in the home sector who are looking to source fabrics utilizing Lenzing Fibers.
